Terra Ceia Multifamily is a new rental apartment development comprised of 276 units and amenity space in Palmetto, Florida. The project will include market-rate apartments with an average size of over 900 square feet per unit. Initial plans for the project include a clubhouse with resort-style pool, outdoor seating areas with green spaces, a fitness center, and dog park. Terra Ceia Multifamily is being developed by Kolter.
