The development of the project is expected to create a total of 1,651.9 EB-5–eligible jobs; each investor will be allocated 18.8 jobs, far more than the number of jobs required for all EB-5 investors in the project to qualify for their Green Cards.
The Currahee Club community has been under development for several years and has previously sold 207 land lots under prior ownership. The community is mature, with over 150 existing residences and 10+ homes under construction.
Currahee Club is located near Twin Lakes Georgia, one of the most successful rural projects in EB-5 history. Twin Lakes Georgia has already produced more than 340 I-526E approvals for investors, with more than 850 homes sold and 750 homes delivered to buyers.
